Managed care companies’ routine denial of physician-ordered diagnostic testing and treatment has placed our patients at risk and diminished our professional standing.

Stories of managed care companies’ arbitrary denials of necessary treatment, testing and drugs abound. Unfortunately, until now, there has been no central registry of these abuses, or compilation of the injuries resulting from these denials.

NJ PHYSICIANS will provide immediate Internet access to all members to quickly register improper denials, and adverse sequelae in a HIPAA-compliant format.

The data will be compiled and analyzed by a distinguished panel of experts, and findings disseminated to influential opinion leaders and decision-makers
